Half Day Wellness Retreat by DR Phyllis Chan

My name is Dr Phyllis Chan and I'm a GP, GP trainer and guest speaker on BBC radio Sussex. I'm also a Reiki master. After 10 plus years of being in general practice I have noticed that in order to feel well we need to heal our mind body and soul. I love how Western Medicine has advanced and now we are living longer but I also feel that we need something else to compliment this. This is where Reiki comes in.

I would like to use the retreat to hold the space for like minded people to explore Reiki as an energy healing modality and also to experience other alternative therapies out there.

In Feb 2024, I'm going to tap into the spirituality side more and in our 3 hours event, we will have group reiki session with individual angel cards reading, a mediumship demo as well as meditation too.

This will be held at the Simon Wellbeing Centre, Ardingly.

£30 pounds per person, £28 if you have been to my event before and £25 each if you bring a friend.

I also offer early bird discount, if you pay deposit (£5 non refundable) or the full fee before end of November, you pay £25 only, which is £5 saving.
